 Our team of builders, consultants & designers relalized the great need for new daycare's in the province of Newfoundland & Labrador. Working together to navigate the local building & daycare standards we are proud to announce the first of many daycare's to be built by Nidus Devleipement. St Micheals Avenue will soon be home to a 72 child daycare center for our local health care workers. Right here in Newfoundland. 

With the changes to our housing rental opportunities here in Canada 2023, plans to break ground on a new seniors community of homes here in NL have been approved and will begin in 2024. We are proud to offer 20 of the 30 as affordable housing rentals for seniors. This community located off New Pennywell Road will bring a sense of community to many.
