locations & accessibility, it was realized it is time to build something different.

Nidus has a focus on growing the affordable homes In Newfoundland via smaller sized dwellings, creating all to be barrier free design & working with local governing bodies to find the locations that best suit our growing populations.

July 2024 - Nidus Development is working though the re-zoning process of a parcel of land off new Pennywell Road.
A 64 unit apartment building, 55+living plus 32 accessible units. planning approvals are currently advancing through municipal departments. Target Construction Summer of 2026.
All building constructed with be with ICF technology , and they will also plan to have a NET ZERO energy impact. With solar Power roof panels and little to no electric bill, Nidus Development is excited to be offering this development soon. . Keep and eye out for more updates as we get them!
