2024 May 23rd 2024 - Nidus Development received building permits from the City of St. Johns & begins construction immediately on St. Micheals Ave. Daycare will be leased to the YMCA to provide spaces for children of the Health Care workers of Newfoundland.
December 2024 - Construction was fully completed & January 2025 it began operating through the YMCA.
2019-2023 Current owner of the 65,000 Sq ft building, former Brookfield Ice Cream Plant on Lemarchant Road with current plans in place for continuing refurbishment and re development. Construction has already been completed on the Cove Bouldering Gym which opened its doors for business in July of 2023. Along with the completion of a floral shop front in 2023 (Teresa James Floral) & refurbishment of a new local shop, Urban Market 1919 in 2020.

2014-2015 The Owner of Nidus Development inc & Crew - Constructed a strip mall located in Paradise for Karwood Contracting which also housed a new bowling alley located at 1187 Kenmount Road.
2011-2012 Constructed a 32-unit apartment building with Nidus Crew for Karwood Contracting located on Empire Avenue. Currently a part of Eastgate Church
2010-2012 58865 NL & Lab. Limited built 20 homes/ 40 units through housing grants, 20 of which were Affordable housing units.
